Psychobabble, poetry, and an unrelenting interrogation are all part of trying to solve a violent murder committed offline. In a world where no one lives outside "The Tangle", the world system, being disconnected is the extremely rare exception to the rule. The Tangle governs and pacifies all, but time is running out before Cleopatra arrives to find out the results of the investigation, and her arrival spells doom.
