Takashi (Nijiro) is a high school student. He falls in love with Azusa (Akari) at first sight and they begin to date. Later, Azusa tells Takashi that people who meet her soon forget about her. Takashi doesn't believe Azusa, but soon he realizes that he forgot about Azusa. Takashi begins to make a note for himself so that he doesn't forget.—JO53
