When Amy grew up, she spent a lot of time at the Mama's restaurant with its owner "Mama", who became her surrogate mother. In the present, she has a job at another restaurant, but when she's passed over for a promotion, she quits on the spur of the moment. Just as she's wondering what to do next, she gets a call from a lawyer who wants her to attend the reading of Mama's will.
