It's summertime, and some clean-cut teenagers are enjoying their time hanging out at the beach, singing and dancing to rock music. Beyond being harassed by a hapless motorcycle gang - The Rat Pack, led by Eric Von Zipper - that doesn't particularly like the kids, the biggest problem they face is Connie playing second fiddle to beach volleyball in the priorities of her somewhat-clueless boyfriend, affectionately known as "Big Lunk," whose guardian, Aunt Wendy, acts as a sort of mother figure for the group. She owns a dress shop that the girls love in Aunt Wendy not charging them much, she in the process suffering a loss. What they don't know is that her new neighbor, J. Sinister Hulk, is aware that Aunt Wendy happily suffers that loss as she lives off millions left to her by her late husband. Those millions are hidden somewhere in her house, Hulk is determined to get his hands on them, and he has surrounded himself with some bumbling associates to help him. Aunt Wendy is aware of the Big Lunk's neglect of Connie as she advises her to make him jealous by dating another guy: "George," whom Aunt Wendy found hanging out in her yard. While George is up-front with Connie about the issue, Connie does not believe his story that he is really a Martian named Go Go. While he was sent to Earth in a reconnaissance mission for an imminent invasion, Go Go views that mission differently as he and Connie start to fall for each other. Go Go's presence may be an important factor in what happens with both the Rat Pack and with Hulk.—Huggo
